Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation

You can cancel for free with at least 24 hours notice before your tour date or pickup time. You will receive a full refund.

Late cancellation and no show

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your pickup, or you do not show up at the pickup point, we cannot give a refund.

Weather and safety

The program can change because of weather or sea conditions. If we cancel a tour for this reason, you can choose another date or receive a full refund.

Changing your date

If you want to change your tour date, tell us at least 24 hours before your pickup. We will move your booking to another available date at no extra cost.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid through Stripe back to the card you used to pay, in Thai baht. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
