Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after we reply to you and confirm the date, time and pickup details. Please give us your correct hotel name, room number and phone number or WhatsApp at the time of booking.

Prices and paymentPrices and payment

All prices are in Thai baht (THB) and shown per person unless stated as per car. Payment is made in full when you book. The price you paid at booking will not change.

We accept payment by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard and other major cards) through Stripe, our secure online payment provider. Your card details are entered on the secure checkout page and are never stored by us. Your card statement will show the payment as PPKK Tour Service.

Children

Child price is for ages 4 to 11. Children aged 1 to 3 join for free, without a seat, on most tours. Please tell us at booking if you travel with a young child. We cannot take children under 1 year on boat tours. Details are listed on each tour page.

Age and health

Our tours are not recommended for guests with heart problems or other serious health conditions, or for guests over the age limit shown on each tour page. Please contact us before booking if you are not sure.

Pickup

We confirm your exact pickup time after booking. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at the time given. If you are late, we may not be able to wait, and no refund can be given.

Changes to the program

The program, route or timing can change because of weather, sea or road conditions, or for safety. If we cancel a tour for these reasons, you can choose another date or receive a full refund.

Your responsibility

Please follow the instructions of our guides and boat crew. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety, and we recommend travel insurance. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by guests ignoring safety advice.
